I took my 2 boys, both 9 years old, to get their first mvp hair cuts (message and hair shampooed). They got their haircut at the same time. I always took them to great clips before, because sport clips sent a first time client coupon, i just wanted them to experience quality hair cut. One of the stylist, Jessica, was so nice to him, got his hair shampooed, messaged and styled. My boy loved and most importantly enjoyed his time. I gave her 5 stars. The other stylist, T’nish, she didn’t smiled once and i thought she had a bad day. After we left the store, i learned that she was hurting his head while shampooing at the back, wasn’t gentle enough. And when he told me, while she was styling his hair after shampooed, she hurt him so bad, he had tears on his eyes. If he told me that while i was on that store, I wasn’t paid her $5 for a tip and i will tell her not to touch any kids hair again. I knew something was wrong but I couldn’t watch closely that she wasn’t gentle enough. So Tnish you don’t deserve 1 star from me and I was so stupid to gave you $5 tip because I wasn’t careful enough watching you closely. I am 100% sure that she was upset because i had a 50% coupon. She didn’t know that i would take my boys every other week to get a mvp cut and i am a good tipper. Because of her, the store lost 2 customers and i will tell every neighbor in highland creek not to take her kids to this place. Again Jessica was very nice and my other boy was so happy. Thats why i will give 2 stars. Until Tnish moved to a different store, we won’t be back.

See “Mandee.” Listen- if you want experience, and intentional service, request her. No joke she actually loves what she does, she takes pride in it. I don’t know her personally, but she gave suggestions, executed quickly, and was efficient but courteous. Authentic person. If you’re looking for a flirty and slightly good woman to cut you’re hair, this woman’s not it. If you’re looking for precision and genuine conversation, and intentional efficiency, well this is the person you want. Wait for her if you have to, it’s worth the quality.
