I tried to go get my haircut 6 days ago. The staff was rude in how they were dealing with the covid precautions. Rude and forceful about temp checks. I checked in online 3 blocks away with a 0 min wait time. I get there and it is 15 minutes. Ended up taking over 30 to get called up and I was first in line. The stylist did not want to listen to what I was telling her. Grabbed her clippers to start and I have no short hair that would need clippers! I promptly got up out of the chair and walked out. I did thank her for her time. Or more importantly waist if my time!

What is the problem with this p!ace? A few months ago, I signed in online, got to the store and checked in. I was supposed to be next in line, according to the display. A stylist was free and she called the person after me. None of the people on the scene had requested a specific stylist. I let it go because there were plenty of stylists so I figured the wait would be minimal. The next stylist comes up and guess what? She calls up the person behind me. This time I said something and I was taken in for a cut. This irritated me so I went elsewhere for hair cuts for my.next few times. Today, I decided to try it again. I signed in online, requesting Emily. I get to the store and check in. The estimated wait time was about 20 minutes behind the time shown online, but I decided to wait. so Emily frees up and calls the person behind me. What??? Twice in a row? I ask again: what is the problem? I ended up walking out. Now I've been fooled twice. Never again!
